The provider is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

8.3 For consumers who conclude a contract (booking) at a distance (e.g. via the website), the Consumer Protection Act may in certain cases provide a 14-day right of withdrawal; however, as experiences on the Ljubljanica River are generally services tied to a specific date or period of performance (leisure services), this right may not apply under the law — in such cases, the cancellation provisions in Section 5 of these Terms apply.

12. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and all relationships between the provider and the guest, are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.
13. Final Provisions
These Terms take effect on the date of publication on the provider's website and remain in force until revoked or replaced by an updated version.
